Returns and Refunds

30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack knives safely with the blade guard or original packaging and ship them back. We recommend a tracked service.

Please do not send items back before you receive instructions, as we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.

Return shipping

For returns where you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Knives that have been used or sharpened
  • Whetstones that have been soaked or used
  • Items marked final sale or clearance

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.
